What is the warranty policy for your products?

All products come with a limited warranty. Our products adhere to high standards of testing and manufacturing. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Should a defect occur under normal operating conditions within 30 days from the date of the original purchase, SoundXGames, at its option, will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that we determine to be defective. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abusive use or misuse, modification, tampering or any other cause unrelated to defective materials and workmanship. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at the sole discretion of SoundXGames. Any applicable implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby limited to 120 days from the date of the original purchase and are subject to the conditions set forth in this limited warranty. In no event shall SoundXGames be responsible for incidental damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranties.
